The only infinite non-existence anyone is claiming (if they even are) is just a backwards-in-time extension. You know, like a geometric ray? It has one end or limit point, but it goes on forever in the other direction. You can count from zero forward forever as well, but there is a first natural number (zero) regardless. So there isn't any threat if you demonstrate that non-existence time has a limit point somewhere. It can still be infinite in duration.

Yeah I remember I used to think this in high school a little after reading some Nietzsche and thinking about eternal return. I always put it to people, if life is the material sum of the universe, and the universe is finite, with an infinite amount of time, naturally all possible combinations would have to repeat infinitely. But then I also thought, “how are you the same entity as the the person which comes about at the universes material repeat? since if you took the universe and made it infinite, would you be the same existential entity as all the other infinite yous?” Some physicist people have said it’s not so simple and there’s no necessary proof that the universe just continually recreates itself... anyways I realized philosophical ideas are difficult and gave that up and now i look at Instagram reels all day
