I admire your optimism but I think it's a bit naive. In theory our increasingly sophisticated technology has great potential as a tool, but it's a double edged sword and the reality is that it has not been as liberating or revolutionary as you may think. In fact computers have been a net negative on culture, creativity, attention spans, and art in general. Technology may become more powerful and capable of simulating reality, but that does not make for better art. I'd like to be proven wrong, so I wish you the best of luck.
