Just finished this book last night. I was somewhat disappointed, though some of the prose was quite good. I'm not entirely sure what I missed, but I felt the book was trying too hard to create that shock effect (i.e. the vulgarity was there and it was obvious he only did it for the sake of vulgarity. Didn't really add or detract from the book imo). I guess if that was the point, as I've read it was, then whatever, just wasn't my cup of tea.

Opinions? Thoughts? Agree/disagree?
