Yeah I read it oo as a kid or teenager. It is written in a way that is intended to make you impressed by its deepness, but even back then I have always found there was very little actual substance to it.

Not everything has to be 800 pages and impossible to read to have meaning. Should try his other book as well (pic related). It's much better and like a simpler version of "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance".
