Ok, I’ve included some books to the chart but now I think it’s time to either create a reading order or at least organize the books into rankings (entry-level to schizocomplexity tier). Any suggestions? I also want to include some Lefebvre and Kierkeegaard, what do you guys rec?

First step is to separate the fiction from the non fiction, Huxley -> white noise -> infinite jest

As far as entry level texts I know for a fact amusing ourselves to death and capitalist realism are ezpz. I think manufacturing consent is easy too, it’s just longer and dryer.

All the postmodernist deconstructivist stuff should be in a separate category too: zizek baudillard deluze etc.

There are also a few books that should be added that I can’t remember all of right now, but the one that blew my mind the most recently was 5000 years of debt. Completely shifted the way I see society.

I love Graeber but I don’t see how he’s relevant to the Blindpill chart. But separating fiction from non-fiction is probably a great idea.

I think Mumford Lewis could be a good addition to the chart, though.

Maybe bullshit jobs is a better choice by graeber. If it’s about uncovering the veil of meaningless simulation.
