Use the DSM-5 as a resource, and utilize any research databases that your college provides. Research articles are brief. You should be fine.

That was me in college, I always waited until the very last minute to start anything, and that lead to so many embarrassing experiences (like awful presentations) that the fact my brain didn't develop some self-discipline even if as a humiliation-avoidance mechanism is a testament to how hopeless I am. I eventually dropped out

>Paper due in 26 hours

>Always walk away with an A-

Get your shit together. Stress is the great whip upon the back of your mind. Despair can make for an incredibly useful fuel to burn in those last few days.

I hate how they never give you enough time for papers. I feel like such a fraud when I cite a book without having read it. Also, I'm deathly afraid that something else in the book will contradict what I'm writing, so I need to have always read it before citing it.

This is how I would have been if I went to college at 18. Instead I'm a 25 year old bloooomer who decided to go to school after a few years of working shitty jobs. I start assignments as soon as they are given, and have never turned in anything late. Something in my brain has changed since my adolescence and it simply will not allow me to fail or turn in sub-par work.

I blame the schools
I’ve gone thru HS and half of college with 4.2 and 3.8 GPAs respectively despite not purchasing textbooks for many courses, never starting assignments early, hardly studying, never doing optional homeworks, and routinely finishing term projects/papers in a single all nighter. At this point I can’t learn to be a proper student because it works every single fucking time and they give me no incentive to change
