Understand first that it’s just an esoteric layer of Christianity and integration with hermeticism.

I would suggest reading the Chymical Wedding of Christian Rosenkreutz which you won’t fully understand but the allegory won’t be lost on you. I would suggest reading Jacob boehme beginning with his short text Clavis. I would also suggest studying various Christian mystic texts and general theology before taking this route. Folks like pseudo Dionysius should be well integrated.

Do not trust any of the groups going around calling themselves Rosicrucian, they are new ageism and basically larpers.
