I’ve already seen everything worthwhile that cinema as a medium has to offer, so I’m leaving /tv/ and migrating to /lit/.

What should be my first novel to start this journey in literature? Apart from high school level stuff like Moby-Dick and Jack London I haven’t really read anything, so be gentle please :)

You should probably reread Moby-Dick. But if you aren't memeing you should read something like The Great Gatsby or Catcher in the Rye or Brave New World. Basically reread the stuff from high school. There's a reason they make you read it in high school.

There's a damn wiki with a shit ton of charts.
Here's a hint. Start with the Greeks after you reread highschool.
Also read into the trivium.
