Hey litfags,

I'm looking for a word that is opposite of preclude in this sense:

Preclude means to make sure something won't happen

What word means to make sure something will happen?

No. Like, the pre- prefix affects the time. But I'm looking for a word that retains the time, but has the opposite action. Pretty much, I'm just looking for the opposite of -clude.
