Unfortuntely I suspect this is false, and the organizers are taking their time. Let's hope not.

Because around the time of the third edition, I wanted to just post the first two PDFs for free but decided that we would shift slightly away from sales of the hardcopy (even though LQ2 sold better than expected) and would sell the PDFs on the website for $5 each. There were quite a few submissions from Africa that time around and several of them were selected, including an essay about surviving the 2015 Accra floods and one about a mother trying to stop her teenage girl's sexual urges by bringing her to a radical church, which I also think was well done and very funny.

Hey dudes. Original editor of &amp here. Issue 005 is being put together by the new editor and he’s actually waiting on me to finish my F Gardner piece so he can wrap it up and solve the printer situation. The issue will be ready for April 1st at the latest.
My personal life is in shambles so I’m moving from the city to the countryside to make amends with myself and get off drugs. I do want to continue to produce the magazine but I haven’t discussed anything with anybody yet regarding the future. My plan has changed a hundred times in the last month, and my leadership has waned entirely. I haven’t met any of the goals I set like 4chan ads, distribution, monetization. The new editor has saved the magazine so he deserves props.
Submissions are low, and we have suffered bans for advertising &amp in hype threads, so things are quiet. After 005 drops, I will address the board and the &amp team regarding what happens next. I’d like to avoid having a gap in the monthly issues. Thanks brehs
