Have you ever thought about autistically spamming one of your favorite books on this board until its memed into being part of the /lit/ canon? What book?

>> No.17833617

No, i want less people here reading the books i like so anytime a thread does appear it isn't filled with retards.

I have, but I would never want you guys reading the authors I like. I only recommend authors I already dislike (i. e. Dostoievsky, Nabokov, the entire /lit/core) just so I can stay here in my disdain for this place.

What do you have against Nabokov?

i cant imagine having enough time in my life to sit around spamming an imageboard. What would a life like that be like???

This has already happened with the LLPSI. Basically, the efforts of one or two people have caused a massive chain reaction and nowadays every blockhead on /lit/ will convince you that he is fluent in Latin and that the aforementioned textbook warrants success.

Yes. This cute little book is the perfect gateway to an understanding of the scientific method and to empiricism generally.

I am doomed to failure because /lit/ doesn't know what empiricism is/ thinks "materialism" is the same thing, unless the two other smart guys happen to be browsing the board.

I thought about doing this with my own books and a few years ago posted my first work but got too shy/afraid of hate to do it to a high degree. Nowadays I'd just pay for advertising but I dunno how effective that is or how many boards outside of this one consume lit.
My favorite book is The Hobbit and everyone already knows about it so it would feel a tad redundant.

This is great. Thanks for the recommendation.

As a practicing mystic I'm both an anti-materialist and an empiricist. It's not a hard distinction to understand.

This is how nick land and guenon became /lit/ memes. It only takes one or two dedicated retards to force a book into the /lit/ canon.

Were you the guy who went off some tangent of your acid trip? Anyway, the Sandstone Papers are good too, but the essay about nuclear annihilation is dated though.
