None. Philosophy will make you worse off. Philosophy isn't self help. Go outside and made friends.

The Power of Positive Thinking. Trump went to Peale's church as a kid and was married to his second wife there.

Depends on what type of motivation you seek. For example if it is to overcome feelings of drudgery then stoicism such as Marcus Aurelius' Meditations is pertinent and an enjoyable read.

None, if you want to cure depression with pure knowledge neuroscience and psychology is what you should focus on. Read "What's my number" by Laurel Mellin, it details the system of EBT (a much more effective mode of psychology than CBT mind you). If you research this topic or even just talk to a therapist who's knowledgeable about it then it can probably cure your depression for the rest of your life.

> Trumpism is a term for the political ideology, style of governance,[9] political movement and set of mechanisms for acquiring and keeping power that are associated with Donald Trump, and his political base.[10][11] It has been called an American political variant of the far-right[12][13] and of the national-populist and neo-nationalist sentiment seen in multiple nations worldwide[14] from the late 2010s to the early 2020s. Some have deemed Trumpism as comparable to fascism.[15][16] However, others reject this view and the matter is still hotly debated.[17][18] The term has been applied to conservative-nationalist and national-populist movements in other Western democracies. It denotes a populist political method that suggests nationalistic answers to political, economic, and social problems. These inclinations are refracted into such policy preferences as immigration restrictionism, trade protectionism, reluctance to enter into foreign entanglements, and opposition to entitlement reform.[19] According to Jeff Goodwin, Trumpism is characterized by five key elements, Social conservatism, Neoliberal capitalism, Economic nationalism, Nativism, and White nationalism.[28]

>White Nationalism
Trumpism is a made up buzzword for what conservatives used to be in the fucking 50's-80's and it's not even a political system that Trump himself follows. His policies are more like a democrat from the eighties, the guy is obviously not interested in nationalistic sentiment beyond for the sake of the attainment of capital, and he very obviously has no interest in ideas like white supremacy. This is what happens when you let leftoids define things, they'll either lie about it or demonstrate a shocking lack of understanding of the subject they're attempting to explain. As a genuine right winger, Trump is vaguely auth right. Which was the default for America for most of it's history. I don't see why leftoids feel a need to come up with a new label for it now.
