In one of those articles about the Padilla story that appeared recently that China is using its status as a nation with an ancient heritage as a means of appealing to countries like Greece and how the US needs to change its attitude towards the classics in order to keep up. I can only imagine the Chinese discussing the meaning of that heritage with the Greeks and what implications of that are in today's world, and response, the a diplomat from the US giving giving a member of the Greek government this book and telling them that the way they relate to their heritage tige doesn't do enough to appease African Americans.
There's a certain point where you have to recognize that academia today is probably crippling the nation.
