I don't see much of a problem. Argumentation ethics are nonsense and anarchocapitalism utopian but other than that he seem like a balanced and funny guy. His anti-democracy book was interesting, it's actually a good introduction to libertarian thought.

I had to read his disciple Stephan Kinsella's libertarian polemic against intellectual property, which is mostly based on argumentation ethics, and I actually really enjoyed the clarity and rigor of the logic. That said it's fucking retarded if you take it seriously as a political assertion but it does have some cool formal-aesthetic qualities which make it enjoyable to read.
