Hello anons,

I realise that discipline is much like virtue, in that you have to train it by doing.

But I’ve never had a strong parental influence in my life. I never really learnt to set my own boundaries and follow a routine.

So, any good books that will teach me some fundamentals of discipline?

>make it stick
>deep work
>atomic habits
>the mind illuminated

These all fall into the category of ‘self help’ but each of them provide interesting, tangible, useful, and practical advice and actions one can take to improve in the field of discipline.
