You have not read Nietzsche, or at best have only begun to read him.
He was vehemently against nationalism. From The Gay Science:

He was especially against German nationalism and detested Germany. From Ecce Homo:

Nietzsche was elitist. He saw most people - including and especially the "common people" and especially the common people of Germany - as trash. Naziism is a completely opposite view, where the common German "Volk" are praised and seen as as instinctually good.
In Nietzschean terms, the Nazi movement - millions of people conforming to a model set by a leader, following his direction unquestioningly, subsuming their own interests and views to the "greater whole" as determined by the leader - was plain and simple herd instinct. I don't even need to provide a quote here, open any of his texts and search the word "herd."
Further, Nietzsche told us to create our own values. His philosophy is incompatible with movements and being told how to think by others in any way.

He also describe Jews as important, Christianity and most of the modern world as Jewish in that sense, and also praises the Old Testament. He even say resentful anti-semites are ultimately quite Jewish in their mindset. So it's really not hard to paint him as someone relatively sympathetic to the Jews by the norm of his time.
He's also one of the few intellectuals of his time to consider the Jewish question wasn't a real question.
