I rarely read more than two hours straight. I often read 25 pages, then stop, then 25 pages, then stop.
When I was a teenager I was able to read whole books in one sitting (pausing only to go to the bathroom), but I don't do that very much anymore. I also think it's nonsense.
When I do that, I usually change location. My body tells me to do so. And I might also read while walking in my garden, because I can't stay three hours sitting. I am a healthy 25 y.o. male. I should be sitting all day.
