not 100 percent shit. the "nature took her course" line was fine. not like i was expecting smut from a nazi YA novel. by the end it seemed like the new society was actually gonna be pretty hellish for whites though. its clear no media would be published without heavy censorship, "indoctronation" is seen as necessary for all citizens, and half the world is not suitable for even rats to live in. it was weird that the author gave the most devastating extermimation to asians when he didn't even mention them before the last chapter. 4/10

Yeah, WLP was kind of a sperg despite being pretty woke on not getting gay-op'd and spotting glownigs at a glance. The book is let's be honest increasingly accurate and Pierce's writing is deliberately generic (The Organization) and the story deliberately shallow, in order to be easy for anyone to imitate. Still better than Hunger Games.

My Grad school gave me a copy to read which I then analyzed for cult class. My professors told me that if you want to form a militant ideology keep it as simplistic and black and white as possible. Nuance gets in the way of apocalyptic literature. Take the core and then make it as broad as you want. It's like psychic readings. You don't have to convince everyone just enough people to get what you want. Play on fear and hate and stroke egos. It's that simple.

It's a dystopian novel set in the 80s or so about a race war in the US. The position of blacks in society is increasingly artificially elevated. A gun confiscation law, the Cohen Act, is passed. Blacks are deputized and sent to search the homes of whites for contraband, often abusing their power. The novel presents Jews as holding the strings in order to eradicate Whites.
It has things like woke whites going along with the blacks much like with BLM protests in the past year. You also have woke parents sending their kid to an all black school in DC and then calling her racist when she cries about being tormented.
For a 40 year old novel I found it quite surprising how accurate some of it was and is becoming.

I actually got it on Amazon early last month right before they banned it.

The first 1/3 of the book is really good. Action packed jumps around and the world is believeable and they are really scrounging and trying to stay alive to accomplish their missions.

Once he goes to the jail and after that it gets rushed and is more preachy rather than being a diary talking about what you are doing. Makes sense since it goes from him being on a small team to working with the new military in most of California, but it still could have been written better and not felt so rushed.

It’s an objectively poorly written book. Not because there would never be a race war but the actual logistics of how the war unfolds. The Order is always in the process of, or has just “raided another armory”.
The romance sub-plot is max cringe.
It’s funny to see him talk about anti-racist (thats the word he uses) rallies though; and he pretty accurately points out how racism is an extremely effective boogeyman to use to control people’s behavior.
I get why it would appeal to some people and I get why it’s well known as a sort of curiosity, but anyone who calls it literature, or even a good thriller novel must be a complete pleb.
