Start at the foundation. Guard your eyes (dont look at anything in any way sexual), guard your mind (don't think sexual or erotic thoughts), don't give up.

Then skip the books and go see an addiction counselor, if you can not afford to pay there are many which are free. Just go to any AA meeting or Detox center or even hospital and they will be able to direct you to the proper people.
