Yes except where income limits me. I literally don't have enough money to buy all the books I need right now, which isn't as sad as you think it is: sometimes the books I need cost upwards of $300.

so you're buying college textbooks for fun.. lol. newsflash, those things are a grift, and they're only as expensive as they are because they are required for the courses. you can get that information from a variety of different sources, including those same sources for free if you look hard enough. paying 300 dollars for a book you don't have to is honestly just silly.

There is a bridge between 'collectible books' and casual reading, you ignoramus. Obviously collectible books were once casual reading.

With older books that are out of print, they cost 300 for a physical copy sometimes, and who cares if they're online, since reading in real life is so much better anyway.

Seeing that you read more than one book at a time has left me with a question. Do you read more than one book a day or do you alternate between books?

>> No.17445968

>>17445950
Not any of them but I also read multiple books at once. 90% of the time I will read a decent amount from each book every day. I find that if I am not getting to a book at least 5 or 6 days a week then I begin to lose grasp on it and it becomes a less enjoyable experience.

There are plenty of books that are very expensive that are worth reading. Don't denigrate authors because of greedy publishers.
