Spheres 1-3
I've read pretty much most of his bigger works and Spheres 1-3 simply stands out in it's scope and creation of new paradigms.
The sheer amount of books he puts out makes it kinda hard to really pinpoint a coherent and complete worldview but Spheres really paints to most complete picture.
Especially in the department of theology I get the feeling that Sloterdijk is still a little bit unsure about what final verdict he wants to give religion. After his Spheres work which puts the world in a clear spherical coordinate system he released a few books on theology which kinda go from this to that point. In Zorn und Zeit which was close Spheres he gives it the form of a thymiotic vessel to store emotion. In "You must change your life" he makes the to me most compelling argument and claims that religion is training and develops further on Nietzsches ascetic star. His newest book is about theopoesy but I haven't gone around to read it yet.

Anyway if you want a reading order I'd go:
Spheres1-3 -> You must change your life. These 4 books where the most understanding and eye opening for me.

There are some earlier works are also very solid but the amount of stuff you get out of it depends heavily on what you are interested in. Critique of cynical reason was his breakthrough book and it's very interesting in the beginning about the power-structures which allow for successful and wellplaced cynicism, irony and satire. Towards the end he goes in pretty deep detail about stuff happening in the weimar republic which is probably not too interesting for non-german readers.
Eurotaoism is in parts proto-spheres but most ideas aren't developed enough to make a very compelling point.
He also wrote a reading guide for gnosticism with his butt buddy T. Macho which is pretty good and has tons of little snippets from authors throughout the times about gnosticism. Only available in German though.

He wrote a ton more but some stuff is just collected essays and the first half of Weltinnenraum des Kapitals is just a copy of certain parts of Spheres 2 word for word. Not all of it is a must read.
With Spheres1-3 -> You must change your life you have a good 3000+ pages of very good shit. So start with that.

No problem. If you have any questions I'm happy to answer them. Sloterdijk writes usually very clear and understandable even if he sometimes goes on very far tangents which may not always be obviously related to the topic at hand. But it's almost always very interesting to soak up some historical facts. Secondary literature isn't really necessary with him so just reading the books should be suffice.

the man himself (and myself aswell) recommends you start with the short book schentod im denken. i don't know how good the translation is, the title is terribly translated as "The Art of Philosophy: Wisdom as a Practice". after that, either read you must change your life or if you're sure about this guy, dive into the spheres trilogy as the other anon recommended.
