They're both cringe, just psychiatry slightly more so because it's even stronger in its false conviction of being scientific. Shame all the based psychiatrists are dead, except for the author of the DSM-IV, he's cool. You ever seen what statistics courses are like in psychology? It's pathetic, 0.05 is regarded as a good significance level. You might as well throw out 5% of all psychology papers, only economic, animal, and historical psychology are worth delving into imo
