Has anyone on this board actually read The Red Book, Aion or any of his books?

Have you read any other of his books or at least have a fundamental understanding of his work? Becuase Aion, Alchemy and The Red Book are much more complicated and schizo. Which makes sense if you understand the fundamentals.

I’ve read man and his symbols, modern man in search of a soul, parts of answer to job and some other collective works. I was absolutely flabbergasted at the depth in which his work touched the core of my very being. Unbelievable work.

Aion is literally his worst book. There's a reason he waited so long to publish it. Most of his other books aren't like that.

I've been reading The Essential Jung, and it's pretty good. Some of his stories and explanations seem kind of farfetched though. Does anybody know if his ideas were verified by third parties?
