And I say this because I wrote MMF bisexual romance in the past, I think working with a purely female dynamic might be interesting, and easy, especially given that I have always written female protags by default since my childhood, I try to make my girls beautiful and femininine, not masculine, not sexualized shells. I write my girls as girls (mentally and physically) and my boys as boys, there is beauty in both genders to write extensively about.
