Poetry is the only thing I read apart from obscure mystical texts. Poetry is the acme of literature; the novel is inherently degenerate- Cervantes was a subversive non-entity. The novel is a sign of decline and should've never been invented. The poetic form is closest to the gods. Learn French. Never read a novel again (with rare exceptions) and spare yourself.
