How can you become an aristocrat(mentally)/high brow person in this age

We the lower class have always been reduced to nothing and live in everything goes world but I can't even see people who you can admire and emulate nowadays the same way aristocrats were in their time as the elites today seems to be spawns of frauds, bribers and other types of criminals who don't differentiate from your average low-life in mentality. I have developed my own lifestyle but think I'm probably missing on many things, especially the more I read about the reasoning behind many of the "outdated" etiquette aristocrats had back then. With our advanced technology we could live in a very beautiful world yet people prefer the vulgar and lowbrow choice.

Not possible. The whole point about aristocracy is that you're born into it. You're just an aspirational arriviste middle class fag (like me). You can imitate them (or rather what they were. The "upper class" today, to the extent they still exist, are just as fucked up as everyone else, just in more expensive ways), but that's all it will be. You can try to ingratiate yourself into their social circles, but you'll always stand out. So forget about: pursue the things that are of eternal worth, the best in all fields of human accomplishment, not the fads of a forgotten clique. But, again, your ability to do that will depend on your innate mental and aesthetic faculties.

I’ve seen it before. It’s an old satire from a magazine in the 50s or early 60s iirc. The “unwashed salad bowl” is a particularly funny bit of esoteric comedy as Americans all got into this craze at the turn of the century that it was bougie to have a wooden bowl to toss your salads in because someone in Europe did it that way but the mag who published it said it was important to “not wash the bowls and let the olive oil season it over time” of course this writer knew nothing about olive oil and Americans who followed this advice all ended up with salad bowls stinking of the rancid olive oil from all the oil that saturated into the wood. Also Bridge being middle low brow is a bit of a joke too I think as it was well known to be President Eisenhower’s favorite game and past time.

I'd recommend reading Paul Fussell's "Class," which is terrific, though the part about "Class X" at the end is a cop-out that reveals Fussell's own middle-class insecurities.

In answer to your question, though, to be high-class you basically just have to not care what anybody thinks of you, not try to participate in the rat-race or competition where you try to be 'better' than your neighbors, and ideally at the same time cultivating some relatively nice aesthetic preferences.
