Does anyone really misread this besides edgelord redpilled bleach drinkers?
It was never intended to be a difficult novel, though the themes are far reaching. Linguistically its high school reading level, not that that is a bad thing.

Nobody misreads it. Its just become popular recently to pretend that Orwell didnt BTFO the commies. They have a ton of experience bending the meaning of thimgs so theyll probably succeed

1984 is pretty clearly a warning against good intentions run amok and the constant drive leaders have for power, yea? How do people misread this?

If you think 1984 and brave new world are better than eumeswil and we you need to have your head examined. I'll give orwell some slack because he lived through some shit and had original ideas, but his writing style is objectively shit. Huxley stole almost all of his ideas from zamyatin and junger, and fumbled them very poorly.

We is based but Orwell draws far more from Darkness at Noon then he does from either of those authors

both 1984 and we are boring. I haven't read junger so can't comment. brave new world I didn't enjoy reading but seemed far more accurate than we/1984 about the dystopia we've got in store

romeo and juliet. you're clearly meant to see them as a pair of dumbass kids. thats why romeo starts by bitching about his ex who he probably felt just as passionatly about as juliet.

The fact that they’re dumb horny teens doesn’t detract from the romantic aspects, if anything it makes it more endearing.
