I can't imagine that this guy has schizophrenia just by looking at his work.
All of his math and philosophy seems pretty grounded.
The only thing that's kind of strange are his theories on physics but there weren't any other goof ones back then lol.

Thats generally how it goes. I would imagine a majority of the greek population just lived to eat, fuck, and shit and were stupid as fuck. Its like imagine being a brilliant man and then going into market to buy some food and you have idle conversations with people and you try to hit them with your ideas and it just flies right over their heads or they try to talk to you about completely innane trivial shit.
Living like that day after day wears on you realizing that the majority of humanity are basically a bunch of emotional hicks with ambitions and can point a sword with the slightest provocation or misunderstanding.
Then you also realize that many of these people might make more money than you because they appeal to the base urges of the crowd.
Its basically an elitist mindset where you are only personable with people who have the same ideals/intelligence level as you.
