No, if you assume that the Big Bang is either the first moment in time, or even just a singularity of cosmic significance. For him, the universe as it is now has always been this way, so you cannot even imagine that 14B years ago the universe operated under radically different laws.
An orthodox Spinozist has to assume that the BBT is just a mistake that will eventually emendated
