Personally I bought Diego Fusaro for my myself, and learn how to draw books for my nephews and nieces.

For myself I got Pig Island, The Ruins, Zone One, The Haunting of Hill House, and the first two books of Dresden Files because several coworkers and a schizophrenic patient recommended Jim Butcher. I ordered In The Miso Soup but it got cancelled.

My brother in law didn't know what to get me so I got a $20 gift certificate to a local bookstore for him to give to me. They have thousands of books for $0.75 to $1.25
