I am a thirty-year-old pathetic manchild virgin who has no friends and has never even been in a romantic relationship.

Are there literally any novels related to this?

I'm Thinking of Ending Things was a good read.

Reading The Last Binge Ever vols. 1 and 2 was actually quite comfy for me. But that might not be exactly the kind of thing you're looking for, since it's not exactly high literature.

Some recommendations; most of what I list will be more about depression or loserdom or alienation than about being a virgin, but you may still enjoy it:
The Book of Disquiet. This is the peak virgincore.
Anything by Thomas Bernhard.
The Emigrants by Sebald.
Ask the Dust by Fante (though Wait until Spring, Bandini is my personal favorite of his).
Bruno Schulz's work (mostly because he was lonely too and the way he compensated for it is with the help of his delightful imagination, which is all laid out in his short and sweet works).
Memories of my Melancholy Whores.
Kafka's short The Silence of the Sirens. Hell, might as well throw in the rest of Kafka if you somehow managed to evade him.

I view Brooke as a very "Charlotte Haze" type individual.
