Holy fucking shit I'm so fucking bored of non-fiction. I'm so bored of reading it, I'm so bored of discussing it and I'm so bored of listening to you fuckers tear at eachothers throats trying to insult and meme your way to proving your favorite non-fiction is the best.
I should've have never stopped reading fiction. Please reccomend me some fun fiction books to read.
Pic related is my favorite fiction book of all time if that helps with recs.

Clive Barker's Weaveworld is a fun read, OP. Its a really genuine, really comfy love-letter to fiction, and to storytelling in general, and its probably MY favourite fiction book of all time. Would recommend reading Imajica next if you like it.

Congratulations of finally being free of smug asshole hell, OP. I've re-read all of these books at least once, when I wanted something fun or comfy; in no particular order:
Shogun - Clavell
Swiss Family Robinson - Wyss
Howl's Moving Castle - Jones
Dragonflight - McCaffrey
Fool - Moore
Relic - Preston & Child
American Psycho - Ellis
Rant - Palahniuk
Apathy and other Small Victories - Neilan
The Lost World - Crichton

Based minus the inability to sift through truths for yourself and falling victim to your own criticisms.
I'd only add Pride and Prejudice. It was such a fantastic book and easy to get through.

I do read non-fiction too, you know.

Sure but I mean if you can only identify negatives in a conversation then you're stuck on the same level as who op is criticizing. It's not a nf vs f thing cause there's good shit in f too.

I was mostly referring to this behavior:
>you fuckers tear at eachothers throats trying to insult and meme your way to proving your favorite non-fiction is the best.
and the obsession with never reading fiction,
not non-fiction not being valuable, or worth reading and discussing.
