Someone who wants to read De Sade's meme book isn't gonna be put off by something like that. If anything it's added value.

I've posted this before. Pic related was listed as being in "very good" condition. It was £2.01 so I didn't complain but I won't be buying from "awesomebooksuk" again.

I like finding random stuff people have used as bookmarks, and I enjoy it when I stumble upon someone's notes. Doesn't distract me at all. As long as the book is whole and there's not a lot of shit on the words.

Sometimes I will buy a book and on the inside it will have a note like to my darling Rachel from your loving Michael 1994 or something like that and then I wonder how did this book come to be in the situation that it has ended up in how has it ended up in my hands did Rachel read the book did she like the book maybe they fell on hard times and they had to sell the book to buy firewood I really don’t know but I can’t help but be sad when I see these little inscriptions inside a book I can’t help but wonder what went wrong with Rachel and Michael
