Useful for what anon, it depends what is your purpose, if your purpose is reading Plato, then reading plato is quite useful but if your purpose is not reading plato then reading plate becomes not really useful. Same with the others

His real name was "Aristocles" but he was named Platon because his body was comparable to a trunk and was unironically a wrestling champion.

Many sources report on it.

Well, considering Plato created the fictional character, Socrates, picking him would just be a vote for Plato. Obviously Plato had a much more important impact on the world, so Plato without question.

There are other sources on Socrates for example Xenophon and Aristophanes. I think there is a generally accepted Socratic philosophy distinct from Platonism.

I should also mention Diogenes admired Socrates and not Plato. He said that antisthenes was the one who carried on Socrates' legacy because Plato was too abstract. You can get a sense for how they were different.

Since we only know about Socrates through accounts I'll tally him out. Don't know what you mean by "had [...] philosophy" Philosophy is an act of investigation into wisdom and truth. Who investigated wisdom and truth more thoroughly between Aristotle and Plato and through which are we made more ready to undertake philosophy better through reading? (I think that is a better phrasing of the question. While Aristotle lays his conclusions on the table more readily than Plato, Plato requires more engagement from the reader while also giving us examples of conversations between different schools of thought. Aristotle is useful if you want to eschew the whole 'pondering philosopher' model and jump straight into a realm of study. Plato is more useful if you want a sense of breadth in thought that can help you be more prepared for anomalous circumstances.
