You're asking the wrong question. We've never embodied a world spirt more than we have now. Global self-consciousness is at an all time high. The problem is we are stuck in an age of externalizing spirit in wealth, power and possessions. What needs to happen is an internalization of spirit to embody the will of the people. With everyone so interconnected in our modern age, this will happen on a global scale.
