I am luckily not ugly enough to be Tisserand.
I am more towards the narrator especially in the empty life he lives. I literally wake up and do nothing and sit alone on my pc and thats been my life for 3 years now, almost no contact except for superficial contact.

The worst part about it though is that both Tisserand and the narrator MOGS me brutally when it comes to their financial succsess.

well,Im not ugly either and never had the frustrated attempts Tisserand had, but I think his sexual frustration is common,and about the narrator, the emptiness he feels is quite strong,enticing Tisserand to kill the teens, the ending and similiar passages, something that i cant say I ever felt,its more of a self loathing thing.
And i know how you feel with no contact,I feel miserable but i still dont do anyting about it
