Looking for good, serious books on prepping. Getting into it from blogs or youtube channels is terrible.

Get an organic farming/gardening textbook. The most important skill you can have is the ability to cultivate your own food at high levels without using artificial pesticides and fertilizers. In the event of collapse farmers who rely on that shit will die quickly, but organic farmers who rely on composting, crop rotation, crop diversity, cover cropping, etc. will survive indefinitely if they aren’t killed by an outside entity.
