If there is no free will then you have no free will in determining whether or not you believe in arguments against free will

Determinism is such a stupid concept. Right now I could either reply to this thread or press ctrl+a backspace and then go back to the catalog in search of better posts.
Why do I continue to type up this post? Because doing so amuses me, I derive some engagement from it. Now you could say "ummm actually there are a million billion factors that pee pee poo poo'd your brain to make you feel that way and maybe it's so, but then "I" am my brain post-peepeepoopoo factors and therefore "I" am still making the choice to type up this post instead of finding a more productive use for my time.
Also I read one of the goodreads reviews for the op-pic a while ago which indicated that a lot of Sam's reasoning relates to some bs half-baked neuroscience, so he isn't even contributing to the classic free-will debate he's just making up some fallacious science-argument that I can guarantee you almost 100% means nothing.
Ok right now I can pic ANY IMAGE I WANT... I will make GOOD USE of my FREE WILL to pic a great image so you'll be glad I have this free will and you'll be glad I used it to pic such a brilliant image.

I don't believe in God, at least not the form taken in traditional Abrahamic religions. The fact is that most theological arguments against free will are contradictory in nature, as punishment for actions is something that just about every religion has. That would not be the case if we supposedly had no free will. A classic neuroscientific argument against free will tend to use an evidence base of measured brain activity and how it correlates to behaviour, so perhaps I can structure a rebuttal in a similar form. There is not a single person I have ever met in my entire life that behaves like they have no free will. The very attempt to argue this claim is an act of at least the illusion of free will. True belief in no free will would be a state of absolute despair and complete inaction. The fact is, the mind cannot comprehend it, because it is impossible. If nothing else, the argument that we all unanimously BEHAVE like we have free will, and everything as we know it ceases to function if we behave otherwise, surely that is some kind of evidence against this kind of thinking. The idea that all of humanity - it's hopes, dreams, fears and beliefs - is actually a fabrication of highly complex delusion is completely absurd.

Every free will thread - Never a single definition of what "free will" is.

PROOF of the existence of ANYTHING AT ALL is inaccessible information - including whether or not 'free will' EXISTS.

What is most definitely provable is that there is NO experimentum crucis which would distinguish a Universe operating according to laws of free will from one operating completely stochastically.

The free-will debate is completely incoherent. Whereof one cannot speak...

"The Logos was God."

Literally the first sentence of John states that God is constrained by the Logos.

No, those precede your "I".
