Are there any utopian novels that are not about technophile transhumanist societies?

You can't have a utopia without e.g. free universal technophile transhuman healthcare so... no

With their problem, you would think the logical conclusion is to create breeding factories or else just go full test tube baby like Brave New World.

The latter half of Unc Ted's paper desu. It's all pseudophilosophical cope, but comfy cope nevertheless. I would really like to see a novel bulit around the idea of a Kaczynskian revolution gone right. Maybe something like Hamsun's "Growth of the Soil" would fit the bill? Haven't read it so I couldn't tell you but I'm throwing it out there in case you can be bothered to look into it.

There's a german book about a failed revolution. It is really well researched imo, he is not a great author otherwise and his storytelling could be improved but it id a great book nevertheless.
