Did Nietzsche fear Stirner? Why did he never comment on him?

>> No.16724194

he couldnt find anything to disagree with

>>16724175
Those he plagiarized the most he commented on least.

Nietzsche probably never read any of the young hegelians(including marx) and vice versa.

how else would he get away with ripping him off

There is an anecdote of someone hanging out with him and seeing the book in his room and him saying it was great.

"plagiarism" and "ripping off" aka having the same point of view and saying it completely differently.

>> No.16724225

Probably not the same but a lot of my writing is growing more towards the direction of Deleuze but I've never read him. Point being that I'm not inclined to read him just yet. I want to keep developing my thoughts and then see how we compare.
Do other anons like to read contemporary philosophers?

Nietzsche's egoism is completely ununifiable with Stirner's science driven psychological egoism, and poor tottering extrapolation.

He did, he told a student who asked him what to pick from a university library to borrow Stirner, describing it as "the best we've got".
No I don't remember the source but I'm certain of having read that in a French book, you can look it up if it really matters to you.

That's the German way. Same shit happened with Hegel. He skipped all the Scholastic Tradition and oculted his Francisco Suarez influence. Ever wondered why when Philosophy is taught (even in Universities) the skipp over (or quickly overview) a full lenght period, that's it the Middle Age Philosophy and the Scholastiv Tradition, without batting an eye, transitioning from Antiquitiy to Modernity? Well, Hegel made the basic model for every Philosophy curriculum, his is the cronological list used up to this day.
>inb4 muh worthless Middle Age Philosophy bullshit Teological driven waste of time
No. The best ontological discussions were made in that period, they are still relevant in the field. What you got after the amputation of the Scholastic Tradition is philosophical obscurantism, crypto-poetry and delusion.
Don't ever think for a moment that what Descartes pulled off was done ex-nihilo.

>Nietzsche seems to be plagued with spooks
Nope. He's the least spooked philosopher of all time. He even beat Stirner on that front.
