No, just sleep 7 to 8 hours a day.
First, set an alarm for when you want to wake up and jump out of the bed immediately when the alarm goes off. No lingering in bed, no sleeping in, just get out of bed and eat breakfast or something. It helps if you put the alarm where you can't reach from your bed.
Second, no electronics in your bedroom. Don't shit where you eat basically.
Third, no electronics for an hour before sleep. About 9 hours before your alarm, just put away all your electronics and go anywhere else and do anything else, it doesn't have to be your bedroom.

Fix your sleep hygiene, seriously.

Blue wavelength light (mostly from electronics) and LED/Fluorescent lights are the main source, telling your body it is "day time". Get a blue light filter like F.Lux on your computer, or any number of apps on your phone if you have to. Otherwise just read in low light at least 1 hour before bed.

Stop drinking coffee too, or at least stop drinking before 10am.

Get some exercise and drain your energy, your body will then need more to recover. Any days I moved house, or had a great workout I had no problem falling asleep within 15 mintues.

Arrange your sleep so that when you wake up you are just coming off of a sleep cycle. Sleep cycles last ~90 minutes so just make the time you sleep a clean multiple of 90, or a bit under. Since you probably don't touch yourself every night, organize your sleep accordingly. You should have a routine for sleep that accounts for masturbating or refraining from it without ruining your sleep. Third, morning routines are not supposed to be slow. They should be fast and efficient. You are creating a basis that the rest of your day is built on, so slack here has a large potential of ruining it. The first thing you should do when you wake up is stand up. That gets you out of bed, and will, at most times, make you stop staying in bed for long periods after you have already woken up. Then shower, since you are not dressed. Then dress fully. Do not half-dress, since you will feel sloppy and as such will not take your day seriously. You should always prepare breakfast beforehand. If you don't, since you have such low energy, you will not want to make anything and will go immediately for trash cereal or snacks that barely fill you up and do not make you feel good. Doing these things will also make you feel less tired throughout the day.

>The health consequences of insufficient sleep have recently been studied by many sleep researchers. Approximately 40% of adults report that daytime sleepiness interferes with their work and social functioning at least a few days each month as a result of insufficient nocturnal sleep. Excessive daytime sleepiness is thus a major public health problem as a consequence of interference with daily activities including cognitive problems, motor vehicle accidents (especially at night), poor job performance and reduced productivity

>In the last decade, experimentally based data were collected on chronic restriction of sleep (by one to four hours at night), accumulating daytime sleepiness and cognitive impairment

>Recent studies, however, show that sleep at least eight hours long is necessary for optimal performance and for the prevention of physiological daytime sleepiness and accumulation of sleep debt.
