Okay, correct me if I’m wrong, but you’re explaining what OP’s image might mean, right? It doesn’t explain how the meaning of fpbp relates to it, or am I missing the connection?

I do have a theory though. Perhaps OP is being satirical by saying a picture of a group of grown people, who could possibly be immigrants in a Europe on country, is poetic or artistic in the way that it conveys how the socioeconomic programs and politics in said country assist and support the immigrants (stairs and elevator) who retain a major part of their native culture (people on elevator) while only a few completely and willfully integrate (guy on stairs) while rejecting or challenging their native culture. I’m still confused about the second poster though even with your explanation on what fpbp means.

This man, he walked. We all pretended not to look, but everyone of us kept glancing. There was shame, but his smile took it away. He felt like Moses parting the Red Sea. I know it is just stairs, but you would understand if you were there. The ground itself was pushing him up. I wouldn't believe me if I was you, but I can only tell you what I saw and felt.

Niggers could be here, he thought. My chances of not bumping into one of those filth bastards is far greater if I avoid the escalator and just walk up the stairs. He looks forward with pride, but to both his side, a strong feeling of apathy and hatred take over. I hate niggers! At every step, this feeling is strengthened.
