So I saw this book in a chart thread, the title sounds interesting, and it's supposed to be dark. I can't find anything about it anywhere. What is it about? Has anyone actually read it? Is it good?

I have the book and its sequel because, since I saw it discussed on /lit/ a few times, I was tricked into thinking it was good. It was alright at best, completely incoherent and starts being retarded just about past the halfway mark, but it also has a lot of hilarious passages in it.
