Did you know that the Napoleonic wars aren't covered in American highschool? I'd like to actually learn who Napoleon was, and what he accomplished. What books do you like that about him?

IDK we spent a good week or two on him. Id say thats less american high school and more YOUR high school. The US has a very decentralized learning criteria mostly created by indivigual teachers, but nap is pretty much always on it. are you sure you werent just a fuckoff who tottally blew off that class?
>>16588288
Litterally no one whose studies the history of the wars think this. Not only was Nap a great general, but administrator, and actual enlightened despot. The duke was pretty much just a decent military commander. Also,, if you want to give an anglo rough equivalent to bony, you should go Cromwell.
