I’ve read The Wanting Seed, and if course A Clockwork Orange and I loved both
I have Earthly Powers in the mail, which I’ll start right away

What’s your favorite Burgess novel, and/or what have you heard is his best?

I enjoyed A Dead Man in Deptford but it’s very different from Clockwork or Wanton Seed. It’s more historical fiction than sci-fi

I've never read anything he wrote, but I do always enjoy this letter that Hunter S. Thompson wrote him when Burgess was supposed to be writing an article for a magazine he was editing
