Don't try, do. Go back and use what your high school used or search what your local college uses. Don't fall into this>>16566057 trap. Those books might be a little to advanced for you if you're tying to start out. No shame in starting at the beginning and rebuilding your foundation, if you try to jump ahead you'll only do yourself harm.

Then for before you touch physics relatively master mathematics especially calculus a lot of physics presupposes you know your calculus then the one I used for calculus is "Calculus by James Stewart" if it's too difficult take step back and master pre-calc then you can jump straight into the Landua series which might be a bit complex but oh well
