In the 'direct experiences' I've had with God I was in a state of mind in which it wouldn't even be meaningful to ask things like 'is God everything' because you are aware of a kind of radically different ontological structure than what we normally perceive to be reality. You could say every number is just a bunch of ones, but that doesn't render the concept of one useless. When we look at 4, we know it to be a type of oneness, i.e., a group of four ones. I would say that everything in existence, every being that is a type of number, or a true number as some think, and one is God.

And I can defined God as the source of being, as the liberator of Israel from Egypt, as the Father of Christ, but all those are as exhaustive as my definition of you. Which is not exhaustive at all, not even a fraction of who it really is, is contained in the definition.
