This is just another example of the revolt of the slaves, and the slaves in this case are the older woman feeling threatened by the younger, and the younger man threatened by the older. This has little to do with masculinity being demonized, the married woman in this image is just as much being demonized, but only in a more subtler way, not by saying she is evil, but by saying she has no ability to make her own choices, which is just as insidious. Look at how happy she is. Does this matter to moralist here? Of course not.

People tend to demonize that which they fear and fail to understand. Historically masculinity has been the dominant and commanding gendered force. Unable to compete with masculinity on its own terms, radicalized femininity can only seek to undermine it and feminize young boys. Many of which end up resisting it and shooting up schools etc in an exaggerated attempt to reclaim their villanized masculinity.
The fact is, biologically speaking human nature requires equal portions femininity and masculinity for the whole human project and machine to run. To undermine one or the other is to destabilize the entire balance and it will produce pathologies.
