It's interesting that even when JK Rowling is cancelled Harry Potter is still the primary source of metaphors and analogies.

Even if you are a hardcore liberal (let's say you believe everything SJWs do) and a huge fan of Ginsburg (who think everything every cause she ever supported in her life was right), how would you even believe this?
Ginsburg was not really that powerful politically. She was just an automatic vote for whatever liberals wanted in the Supreme Court.

There are lists, but here's the first example:
Sirius was the first person to get to Harry. Dumbledore knew, because he sent Hagrid to get Harry from him. Sirius gave Hagrid Harry and his flying motorcycle.
So, Dumbledore obviously knew Sirius wasn't evil, but, despite being the super wumpwump or whatever, he did not insist on Sirius, a kid he knew since he was 11, and knew how much him and James loved each other, getting the most basic fucking trial, or even that they dump versitarum down his throat. For 12 years, he didn't say anything, and once it was "proven" that he was innocent, instead of going "Oh, I'll clear this up, since I'm wizard obama or whatever," he says "sorry, you're going to have to live like a literal dog, mate."

How is that not evil? There's a lot of fantalk about how he purposely let Sirius wallow in prison so he could put Harry with his Aunt, because he knew Harry would be abused, in order to be a savior figure that Harry would trust without question, and so that he didn't have the self worth to- y'know, not willingly walk to his death every year.

He's evil.

Why is american left unable to conceptualize politics without the help of british YA novel written for teenage girls?

Yet JK Rowling still tries to appeal to the American right

There's no "american left". America is the most right-wing country in history and these "american leftists" you talk about would be considered far right extremists in Europe.

This is a huge strawman for Rowling's position. And I'm not even a fan of hers.
