>all human religions and religious practices are real and valid
absolute trash

>all human religions originate from a real, although sometimes flawed perception of a divine presence
true

Rene Girard's violence and the sacred deals with this, but modern archaeology is overturning beliefs that agriculture came first. Its pretty clear now that religion and religious centers come first, and thats what pushes man to leave nature but still be bound by it. Sometimes prophets come close (socrates or buddha for instance) on what God wants, but the perfect perception (in that it was gifted directly from the Godhead) is Jesus of Nazareth on the mount

There is one eternal metaphysical truth existing all around us like a radio signal, and throughout the ages, people from different cultures receive revealed scriptures which communicate this eternal truth through a symbolism befitting that era, language and culture and their worldview. Not every claim of prophethood, or revealed scripture are true. In some religions this eternal truth is taught openly as a mainstream theological doctrine and in other religions it remains in the closely guarded province of esoterism and initiatory brotherhoods.

It's really fucking cringe and gay. If you think similarities are more important than differences then you should have your testosterone checked.

Friendly reminder that not all roads lead up the mountain. Some of them lead down it, others off a cliff.

This pretty much aligns with my own beliefs, but then why all the rhetoric against Plato, Kant, Jung, etc.? Was it just guenonfag's tactic to gain attention?

why do girls and s o y men like theosophy and perennialist so much. Is it some brain damage like nihilism preventing them from separating good from bad, so they mix everything together?
